Digital Marketing Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for Digital Marketing Executive to work at our site in Clara, Co. Offaly, reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for our digital strategy to build brand awareness and drive conversion for our Beauty brands – B2B and B2C
  • Develop a fully integrated digital marketing strategy that will deliver on key business objectives across customer acquisition, retention, conversion, customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
  • Plan, create, manage and consistently upload a pipeline of digital assets – photography, video, graphics and copy to communicate and support our key campaigns.
  • Responsible for the consistent online presence for nominated websites and promotions, through Search, Display, Social, and other online channels, including biweekly reporting.
  • Implement a strong SEO program to ensure optimization for key brand and search terms.
  • Create mobile content to reach new audiences and maximize user content and experience across our various channels to grow followers and engagement.
  • Ownership of reporting and insights from platforms including Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo and others.
  • Manage ‘always on’ social strategy (paid and organic) around Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Linkedin, and other social media platforms.
  • Keep our distribution and retail partners updated on our latest marketing plan to ensure new product launch online with excellence (great visuals, content, rating and reviews).
  • Management of influencer activity, setting of KPIs, licensing of content and mapping out of paid and organic influencer content
  • Listen and respond to customer’s needs and queries on products/orders.
  • Support with the brand marketing budget, raising Pos and ensuring budget trackers are maintained correcting and KPIs set and monitored
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends, sharing key learnings internally.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Studies or a related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Digital and Social Media marketing and website management is essential – Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Meta Ads, Google Display Network
  • Ability to collaborate with people at all levels within the organisation.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
